CLARE ELLEN O'CONNOR HAS PROVEN HERSELF A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH ON THE AUSTRALIAN PERFORMING ARTS SCENE
Clare has always loved to perform, her first memory of this being when she was 4 and would perform Hanson concerts for her family in their lounge room (lucky them!).
After singing and dancing her way through her childhood, Clare spent three years studying Music Theatre at The Arts Academy in Ballarat. Clare’s credits at The Arts Academy include Parade, A Little Touch of Chaos, 42nd Street and A Close Shave.
After graduating, Clare was hired as a lead vocalist for the UK Based Company PEEL Entertainment, which saw her travelling the globe as a singer for 14 months.
After returning home, Clare relocated to Sydney to further her career in music here in Australia.
In 2019, Clare started up her very own production company, Rhinestone Rebel Presents; this will allow her to continue to produce her own work, but also the work of other Emerging Artists as well.
Hair, we all have it…just not in all the right places!
So we pluck, style, straighten, curl, shave, clip, lengthen, tweezer, comb, buff and wax. We’re a society obsessed with hair and how we wear it.
Plucked! is one woman’s account about shaving her head for charity and discovering being bald not only clips your curls, it also cutthroats your dignity. So she sets out to discover what it takes to f*ck the patriarchy and embrace the bald (and the bush).
Whether it is an intimate dinner party or a corporate event with 200+ guests, Clare and Glenn will set the mood you are after, putting their unique spin on hits you know and love from the 70s, 80s and now.
Separately Clare and Glenn make a living performing with some of Australia's most loved performers and, being a musical couple, found themselves often creating music together at home. Something that brought them so much joy needed to be shared- this was how The Rocks Push was born.
With a combined effort of 30 years working in the entertainment industry, these two not only love what they do, they also are the real deal and are two of the most sought after performers in the entertainment industry.
Book them now to set their mesmerising harmonies and raw, acoustic sound as the soundtrack for your next event.
